Send all the engaged couples my way! My goodness, I could photograph new blissful love like this every day. A big congratulations to Natalie and Cougar! They were so head-over-heels for each other that they pretty much ignored me and my camera. I got to capture a lot of authentic dancing and kissing and smiles. They were so much fun to photograph in the freezing but pretty snow!
These two lovebirds have actually been married for a few years now, but are just as in love as the day they got married! This is the second time they asked me to take their pictures and I was delighted. They booked a mini session with me. It was the perfect amount of time to get some really cute shots with some amazing light and the perfect compromise for their young checkbook. A win-win all around. Plus, seriously, how pretty is that dress?!? I think it made the whole session.
If you're looking to snag some frame worthy wedding day photos but don't have the budget to hire a wedding photographer for the entire day, please call me! That's what this couple did. We got together just a few hours before their wedding ceremony to take some pictures of just the two of them around the temple grounds. They were so giddy and happy and excited! It was hard not to be excited for them. Wishing them all the best in their new life together!
Summer sessions are where it's at! The sun is bright, the air is warm, everyone's skin is sunkissed, and the world is green. Extended family sessions can feel intimidating. But I'll be honest, they are starting to grow on me, especially when it turns into five mini sessions. Family is such a beautiful complicated mix. I enjoy meeting my clients and getting to know them a bit. Every family has a story. And every family deserves to remember life as it is now... in all its perfect imperfectness.
These two were so much fun and so in love that it's nearly impossible to whittle down the number of photos to display here on the blog. The weather even worked in our favor. It snowed and snowed and kept on snowing, making a beautiful blanket of white on top of the green pines. It was jaw-dropping pretty. Happy one year anniversary, you two cute lovebirds!
I feel so honored that this beautiful family asks me to take their photos year after year. I feel like my photography has grown with her children! Best part, they're good friends.
